Feedback on areas of improvement is just as important in order to get the most value out of the mentorship

Get feedback from your manager about your progress
Now that you've been working with me for some time now, it'll help to get some outside perspective on the progress you've made. 


TOGETHER, we will come up with a plan to chat with your manager about how you're doing -- talk through the following: 

How to present your progress to your manager (i.e. what you've done and learned, highlights and wins, etc)


How to ask for feedback / observations about behavior change or improvement
